Power. Pay. Progress.
On October 8, join the movement for #LatinaEqualPay. This year we honor progress and the power of Latinas, and continue to demand equal pay.

About Latina Equal Pay Day
All Latinas with reported earnings make, on average, just 53 cents for every dollar made by white, non-Hispanic men.
The National Latina Equal Pay Campaign is led by Justice for Migrant Women, the Labor Council for Latin American Advancement and Equal Pay Today! alongside hundreds of partners each year.
